In this instalment of the Aviva campaign featuring Paul Whitehouse, we aimed to emotionally connect with people on a difficult issue that no one wants to think about: what happens to your loved ones when you die? We needed to get parents to pay attention and do the most responsible thing that they can do: stop avoiding a scary subject and put their energy into ensuring their loved ones will be looked after if the worst happens. To gurantee the audience's attention, our approach had to be radically different.
